Blog Tutorial

I have created a tutorial for you so that you can set up a basic blog. If you follow the instructions, you will have a perfectly fine blog set up in 20 minutes. This blog was created using the tutorial.

There are of course lots of features that are not mentioned in the tutorial, or implemented on this blog, but start with the basics, and then add more later.
